1. Issuers Listing Analyst (PPJ)
Evaluating requirements of go-public company, monitor, evaluate, and analyze issuers’ compliance of the issuers’ corporate action and adequacy of disclosure information of the issuer with the capital market regulation and IDX listing rules. Providing application for the issuer to disseminate information electronically.
Requirements : Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance, min. 1 year experience as an auditor in Public Accountant Firm, treasury, analyst in securities companies, investment banking, asset management, appraisal company. Having knowledge about corporate finance will be an advantage.
2. Services Sector Information Dissemination Officer (PIJ)
Supporting transparent implementation of the Stock Exchange, orderly, fair and efficient to perform the main tasks to inform the public on the Exchange website for all reporting / disclosure Listed Company / Exchanges / other party in accordance with the provisions of the Exchange, to evaluate against corporate actions and guidance to issuers
Requirements : Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance, min. 1 year experience as an auditor in Public Accountant Firm, treasury, analyst in securities companies, investment banking, asset management, appraisal company. Having knowledge about corporate finance will be an advantage.
3. Head of Capital Market Information Center (S – PIPM)
Providing capital markets information to stakeholder in specified area by conducting public education events, maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders (government, business alliances, universities, investors, potential investors, public companies), and supervising all operational office in the area.
Willing to be located in one or more of these areas:
Jayapura (Kode : KK-PIPM-JP)
Lampung (Kode : KK-PIPM-LPG)
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting/ Banking/Communication, at least 2 years experience in capital market industry or financial institution, assertive and good communication both oral and written. Having capital market license will be an advantage.
4. Trainer of Capital Market Information Center (S – PIPM)
Providing capital market information to stakeholders in specified area by conducting public education events (as a trainer) and maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders.
Willing to be located in one or more of these areas:

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting/ Banking/Communication, at least 2 years experience in capital market industry or financial institution, assertive, good communication in English both oral and written. Having capital market license will be an advantage.
5. Administration Officer of Capital Market Information Center (Adm- PIPM)
Responsible for handling administration duties, managing petty cash and budget, managing library, public visit service, and supporting capital market education events in specified area.
Willing to be located in one or more of these areas:

Requirements: Min. Diploma degree in Administration/Economic/Communication, good in administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, communicative, experienced in administration field will be an advantage.
6. Exchange Member Compliance Auditor (KAB)
Performing audit process to all IDX’ Members & Participants to ensure their compliance to capital market regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Accounting/ IT, min. 1 year experience as an auditor in Public Accountant Firm, interest in IT audit will be an advantage.
7. Trading Helpdesk Officer (PSH)
Responsible for handling IDX operational trading system including infrastructures and regulation, helpdesk for trading operation of IDX member.
Requirements: Major in IT/Information System Management, min. 1 year experience in operational system and helpdesk officer, having knowledge about IT application and networking, MySQL, Oracle, LINUX, database will be an advantage.
8. Bonds and Derivatives Infrastructure Officer (PUD)
Responsible for planning, implementing and developing Bonds & Derivatives trading system.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Technology/Electrical Engineering/Economics/ Finance Management/ Computer Science, min 1 year experience in the same field, having knowledge about capital market, business application/ Information Technology, business process and risk management will be an advantage.
9. Governance Development Officer (MRI)
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing IDX’ Corporate Governance and Risk Management Guidelines.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Min 1 year experience in Banking/Financial Services and Risk Management. Having knowledge about Risk Management fundamentals, Corporate Governance fundamentals, Management System fundamentals (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001), IT Governance Fundamentals, and Business Process will be an advantage.
10. Legal Officer
Responsible for reviewing legal Agreements, reviewing the regulations draft, the Circular Letter and Decision of the Board of Directors, granting legal opinions which is related to corporations aspects, the implementation of the RUPS and court proceedings, make a study and analysis of the law to a legal request submitted to Head of Legal Division.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Law, min 1 year experience in the same field.
11. HR Information System Specialist
Handling Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and development of the systems, handling employee data management related to personnel administration to make sure the data is always update and accurate,
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology and having knowledge about MySQL and Server will be an advantage.
12. Employee Relation Specialist
Handling internal communication through Human Resource Information System or other media, to achieve or to promote harmonious Employee Relation
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in in Law/Communication/Human Resources Management, min. 1 year experience as Industrial Relation or Employee Relation Officer and also good Communication in English both oral and written.
13. Secretary
Handling secretarial duties such as correspondence, handle business trip, operating office equipment, etc
Requirements: Diploma Degree in secretary, min 1 year experience as a secretary.
14. Economic Analyst Officer
Responsible for conducting studies and analysis of economic developments in a timely and accurate, predicting economic events that will happen in a rational, precise, and accurate, using the aids of economic analysis in order to importance decision making economics of Indonesia Stock Exchange
Requirements: Bachelor degree in economics and developmental studies, computer skill, good communication in English both oral and written, good presentation skill, min. 1 year in the same field will be an advantage.
15. HR Development Unit Head
Responsible for coordinating the activities of human resources development through learning & development, performance management and career management effectively in accordance with the needs of organizations to support the achievement of the company’s business strategy.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in HR Management/ Psychology, having knowledge about HR, good communication in English both oral and written, good presentation skill, min. 2 year in the same field will be an advantage.
16. HR Development Specialist
Responsible for planning and facilitating the implementation of learning & development (public training & in house training), facilitating and coordinating Internship, scheduling and coordinating Financial Clinic activities, assisting the organizing events held by Human Resources Division.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in HR Management/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering,, good communication in English both oral and written, good analytical thinking. Good presentation skill, min. 1 year in the same field.
17. IT Business Operations Specialist (OTI)
Handling IT office, IT system management, IT network and technical support, and trading system to ensure all IT infrastructures run well.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT, having knowledge about OS Windows, Unix/LINUX, database, programming, storage area network, website, monitoring tools, and backup system, having IT certification will be an advantage.
18. Equity Infrastructure Officer (PSH)
Responsible for implementing the evaluation and improvement of trading systems facilities according to the needs of a dynamic market in an accurate, timely and comprehensive. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT/ Economic Management/Statistic, having knowledge about capital market, good analytical thinking, good numerical reasoning, having experience in capital market or finance field will be an advantages.
19. Trade Monitoring Officer
Responsible for ensuring that monitoring of trade securities transactions implemented in order to indicate unusual transactions quickly and accurately.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance, having knowledge about capital market, good analytical thinking and good communication in English both oral and written.
20. Administration Officer
Handling secretarial and administration duties ( e.g filling system management, meeting and travel arrangement)
Requirements: Diploma Degree in Secretary/ Office Administration, Having skill and knowledge about administration/ Filling system/ Ms. Office. Good communication in English both oral and written.
General Requirements:
- Graduate from reputable university
- Minimum Score of TOEIC: 500
- Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
