The practice of Property Assessment was becoming known in Indonesia since 1970. Along with the development of business environment in Indonesia, the needs of service in the assessment of property continue to evolve over time. Not only limited in the importance of banking sector, but the assessment has expanding in the financial, individual, insurance, and public interest sector.

As the only professional organization of appraisers, Indonesian community of profession assessment  (MAPPI) collaborate with Accounting Department of Brawijaya University in organizing regular education of property assessment consist of basic level (PLP 1-2) and medium level (PLP 1-2). This education not only needed by those who work as an independent, but also for those whose job are related in assessment of occupation.

Purpose of Basic Education of Property I Assessment:

  • Participants will be able to conduct inspection as one of the procedure in the property assessment practice.

Admission requirement

  • Minimum education is High School Graduate
  • Fill out the form of online registration

  • Submission:
    • Online form that has been filled and printed (collected when first time attending the Education)
    • Attach your two colored pictures size 4×6 cm(upload at the online form)
    • The copy of last transcript that has been legalized (submitted to the PDP I secretary)
    • Copy of the last Transcript Score (submitted to the PDP I Secretary)


  • If the participant who has done all the registration and payment process cancel to join 3 days before the occasion, there will be 25% refund.
  • If the cancellation occurred on the scheduled day, then there will be no refund.
